Our funding programmes combine excellent training with international cooperation \u2013 particularly between Germany, Romania and Hungary. The aim is to support young doctors on their path to clinical competence and scientific excellence. With scholarships, work shadowing opportunities, programmes abroad and personal mentoring, we create opportunities that would otherwise be difficult to
